When to Chant
Chant on Saturdays, during Sade Sati or Shani Dhaiya, and during Shani Mahadasha. Offer sesame oil, black sesame seeds, and iron to Lord Shani. Saturn rewards discipline—chant this mantra during Shani's hora every Saturday with sincere intent, and you will transform karmic debts into stepping stones of spiritual growth.
