When to Chant
Chant on Mondays, during Chandra Mahadasha, or to calm anxiety and find emotional peace. Chanting on Purnima (full moon night) is especially potent. Sit near a window in the moonlight and offer milk or white flowers to Lord Shiva. This practice strengthens the Moon in the horoscope and stabilises the mind.
